Sub: Second Class Legal Heir of deceased employee of Coimbatore corporation - late Mr. K. Vijayakumar, RNMR, Member No. 669 - requesting for death benefits

 

Sir,

I am a resident of Coimbatore Corporation living in the above address. I am an unemployed person with permanent physical disability. I hold two master degrees, one in commerce and other in library science. My late father Mr. Anantha Krishnan’s younger brother late Mr. K. Vijaykumar was employed as a water meter reader in Coimbatore Corporation. He passed away while on service in the year 2004. His employment details are as mentioned in the subject of this letter. He was not married and stayed with our family till his death in my/our address mentioned above.

 

I am Mr. K. Vijayakumar’s second class legal heir. I am attaching herewith copies of the following documents to help support my request.

1.   Late Mr. K. Vijayakumar’s death certificate.

2.   Late Mr. K. Vijayakumar’s electoral id.

3.   My father late. Mr. Anantha Krishnan’s death certificate.

4.   Our family ration card.

5.   Proof of my disability.

6.   My grandfather Mr. K.A. Krishnamoorthy’s legal heir certificate.

7.   My Aadhaar card.

8.   A diagram depicting our family tree (pasted below)

 

I can submit a letter of undertaking from the remaining legal heirs of my grandfather (all member alive members shown in the family tree below) expressing no objection to my receiving Late Mr. Vijayakumar’s death benefits.

 

Please  grant my request as I am morally deserving and legally eligible to receive the aforementioned benefits. Since this is a case of death while on service and duty, I request you to grant me the due benefits, on compassionate grounds.
